Brights or Not!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally finished theses socks they are a lot brighter in colour than the picture, it's been raining all day so it came out dull! I used Panda 8ply in Crazy Print colour way. The socks are called Take Five Socks and were pretty easy to do the pattern was easy memorised. These unfortunately are for a friend who offered $500.00 for them  as she saw me knitting them when we went down to see them at the weekend but being the sweet person that I am I said I would give them to her when  I finished. So these will be posted down this week as soon as I can get to the Post Office. These would have been my cheer me up happy socks. Oh well I at least made someone happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  On  a happier note I ordered a Spinning Wheel today so I am hoping to get it in the next week or so I have always wanted to try spinning wool so now I will get the chance. I am just sooooooooooo excited!

  3. Those are lovely. I looked up the pattern on Ravelry (are you on Ravelry yet?) and I really like it. I may have to use some of my stash yarn to knit a pair of those.

I'm so excited about your spinning wheel! What kind did you order and when does it arrive? Do you have any fiber yet?
