I cant beieve that I tatted this Tiny Square Teapot by Martha Ess!!!!!! but I did and it was not as hard as I thought it would be! I used Lizbeth size 20 in Falling Leaves, it was a pleasure to tat with, and the thread holds it's shape quite well!! So I figure that if I can do this with no major drama's I supose the world is my oyster.
Lovely! I have Martha's book, but I haven't tried anything from it yet. What's wrong with me? ; )
ReplyDeleteWell done - such pretty thread too. I love this book of Martha's - I've made several of the teapots including the 3D set!!!
ReplyDeleteHow precious! Very well done and the color is awesome too.
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty. That was also the first thing I tatted from this book. I love your new banner.
ReplyDeleteI LIKE that teapot pattern because it is quick and easy compared to the others - but the others are wonderful too...just take a bit more time. I don't know if I've seen that color from Lizbeth yet.
ReplyDeleteGood for you! Congrats! : ))

Lovely teapot! Great job!
ReplyDeleteI came by to thank you for your visit..I so enjoy visiting anyone that loves the Crinoline Ladies or Sunbonnet Sue as much as I do. I've been looking at your blog and it's just wonderful..I even saw your ladies that you made and they're gorgeous,as is your tatting. I'll be back to visit again to see what sorts of pretty things you're making next. I've become a follower to make sure I can find your sweet blog again..
ReplyDeleteyour teapot is lovely. I just got this book and, to be honest, am finding the patters difficult. I can' stop the stitches twisting when doing the spout and it would be a help if the rows were numbered! No doubt I will get there - I've been doing a dewmo today so a wee bit tired lol. Love your blog
