Well here it is the pictures of my works in progress. The doily is tatted using Lizbeths Jelly Bean it still has another two rounds to go. The other one is my TIAS pictured with a crinoline doily that I embroidered.
Ooh! I love doilies! Jellybean is a tempting color... not in my stash, though. I love the crinoline lady, but I'm sure glad I never had to dress like that!
Thank you for the wonderful comments you have left on my blog. I really appreciate your visits! I really did intend to start the TIAS...but just haven't had the chance yet...nice work all your work as well!
Hi again TypsTatting, I forgot to mention how pretty your embroidered crinoline lady is. I have a buncy of embroidered and cross-stitched antique crinoline ladies.
I also see that you like Twilight, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, me too. Read the books and fans of the movies. In fact, my daughter and I got to meet Billy Boyd aka Pippin (Hobbit) from Lord of the Rings when he came to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with the Lord of the Rings Symphony. He is such a nice fellow. My daughter was thrilled to meet and talk to him.
Well done! I haven't made a doily yet, it's on my 'to-do' list. Your TIAS looks good too. And the embroidery looks neat as well.
